At Behavioral Dimensions we can proudly say that we have 22 team members who have been working with us for over ten years and nine who have been with us over 20 years

MEET OUR STAFF

JAY O’NEILL, BS

Jay is the President and majority owner of Behavioral Dimensions. He has a degree from the University of Minnesota in Therapeutic Recreation.  He and colleagues founded Behavioral Dimensions in 1997. For over 30 years Jay has worked with children and adults with a variety of abilities. At Behavioral Dimensions, Jay has focused on helping develop and expand services so that as many families as possible may receive the highest quality of services possible.  When not working, Jay enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, exercising and cooking.

LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST, LICENSED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Jacqueline M. Harth MS, LP, QSP, LBA, BCBA

Jacki is a licensed psychologist in MN and a Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been with Behavioral Dimensions since September of 2000 and spent 10 years as the Clinical Director developing and coordinating the development of the clinical systems and curricula used presently with our young clients.Currently, Jacki is the lead Mental Health Professional for the EIBI program, and is also enrolled in the EIDBI (Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention) program funded by Minnesota Department of Human Services as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) provider. Jacki also provides clinical supervision to graduate students pursuing their BCBA certification and is also an approved supervisor for the Board of Behavioral Health for individuals pursuing LPCC certification.

Jacki has extensive experience in the assessment and development of language and social skills intervention packages, customized programming focusing on functional communication skills, the reduction of severe and persistent behavioral issues, interventions to remediate executive functioning deficits, and customized family supports.

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL CLINICAL COUNSELOR, LICENSED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Michaela Gehring MA, LPCC, QSP, LBA, BCBA

Michaela received her Master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University in Counseling and Psychological services and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Michaela has been working in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) since 2005. Since then, she has provided direct care, overseen clinical programming, and provided training and supervision support. Michaela is enrolled as Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) provider under the EIDBI (Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention) program by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. She also provides clinical supervision to students pursuing their BCBA certification and is an approved supervisor for the Board of Behavioral Health for individuals pursuing LPCC certification. As a supervisor, Michaela enjoys helping professionals learn more about this field and reach their career goals. When not working, Michaela enjoys spending time with family, reading, and hiking Minnesota’s state parks.

LICENSED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Claire Anderson MS, LBA, BCBA

Claire is the Clinical Director for Behavioral Dimensions’ EIBI program. She received her master’s degree in behavior analysis at the University of North Texas and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2010. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other disabilities in home, school, clinic, and community settings.  Claire joined Behavioral Dimensions in 2013 and currently provides program oversight within the EIBI program, ensuring overall quality of clinical practices, interventions, and programs. She also assists in developing/evaluating treatment programs, parent training, collaborating with outside providers, and supervising senior clinical team members.

BOARD-CERTIFIED ASSISTANT BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Beth Isakson BS, BCaBA

Beth is an Associate Clinical Director for Behavioral Dimensions’ EIBI program. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 1998, and upon graduation was hired as Behavioral Dimensions’ first Line Staff. She became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2005. Beth works with the Mental Health Professional and Clinical Director to ensure the quality of BDI’s program is implemented across all sites. She specializes in helping children reach their best outcome by identifying strategies to improve rate of learning and strategies to reduce frequency of interfering/unwanted behavior. She also assists in developing and evaluating BDI’s standard curriculum and resources within the EIBI program.

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL CLINICAL COUNSLEOR, LICENSED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Randal Westergard MA, LPCC, QSP, LBA, BCBA

Randal is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience in the behavior and mental health field. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with behavioral concerns, individuals with developmental disabilities, and parents of children with special needs. Randal joined Behavioral Dimensions in July 2018 to help develop the Critical Care for Behavioral Supports (CCUBS) program with Dakota County. As a Clinical Professional, she provides psychotherapy and behavioral consultation services to youth with special needs and their family. Treatment approaches that are commonly utilized are evidence-based behavioral therapies, including exposure and response prevention, behavioral activation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to improve the quality of life for the individual and their family.

DIRECTOR OF STAFF DEVELOPMENT

Trish Wolff

Trish joined Behavioral Dimensions in November of 2001 and is currently the Director of Staff Development. She has spent her career at Behavioral Dimensions working directly with clients and their families as well as training and supporting staff in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques throughout the metro area as well as parts of northern Minnesota.Trish assists clients in transitioning from our Intensive Behavioral Intervention program to school as well as helping families learn strategies using applied behavior analysis to successfully manage their day-to-day living. She also works with staff at various levels to continue training and support as needed in order for the staff to reach their individual goals at Behavioral Dimensions. She is a graduate of Bismarck State University (formerly Bismarck Junior College).

Sarah Brixius M.Ed., LBA, BCBA

Sarah received her Master of Education from Arizona State University and is a Board-Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She has worked at Behavioral Dimensions for 15 years and is an Associate Clinical Director. In this role she conducts functional behavior assessments, assists in customized curricular development, develops personalized treatment plans, and works closely with children and their families to help them achieve their most important goals. Additionally, Sarah provides support and training on these interventions to staff and family members to promote lasting positive outcomes.

BOARD-CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Lisa Taylor MS, BCBA

Lisa Taylor has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since 2018 and is a Clinical Supervisor for the South Carolina team.  Lisa was first trained by Behavioral Dimensions in 2008 and worked as a Clinical Director for an in-home ABA provider in California, serving children and adults with autism and other disabilities to achieve significant progress. She resides in and serves children with autism in South Carolina. Lisa conducts assessments, collaborates with insurance companies and outside agencies, assists in the training and development of staff, designs programs, provides clinical support to staff and clients, and provides training to family members in South Carolina.

CLINICAL MANAGER

Lindsay Kitner

Lindsay Kitner joined Behavioral Dimensions in October 2002. She is a Clinical Manager, providing services in the north and western suburbs of the twin cities. Lindsay conducts team lead responsibilities and assists in the training and development of various levels of staff working with Behavioral Dimensions. Lindsay also assists with providing clinical support to the team, participating in treatment plan development and implementation needed for a child’s individualized needs. Lindsay works directly with children and their family members/caregivers in the Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) program using applied behavior analysis techniques to teach and generalize language, social, and behavioral development.

CLINICAL MANAGER

Colleen Friedrich

Colleen has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since September 2002. She provides training for staff, works directly with clients and their families and assists with clinical support as a Program Implementation Manager on our St. Cloud and Alexandria teams. Colleen came to Behavioral Dimensions with over 20 years of experience working with children who have autism, developmental and physical disabilities, emotional/behavioral disturbances and medically fragile children. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, group homes, residential facilities and was a licensed daycare provider for children with special needs. Colleen feels each child and family has added to her knowledge and is grateful for the opportunity to work with them.

PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Mike Gunter

Mike joined Behavioral Dimensions in 2009 and is the Program Implementation Manager for the East Metro area. He has provided services for adults and children with autism for 15 years, starting his career working with teenagers and adults with significant behavioral and cognitive disabilities.  At Behavioral Dimensions Mike is responsible for training our Behavior Therapists, Assistant Senior Therapist, and Senior Therapists, working one on one with clients, and providing support to families.

Program Implementation Manager

Sia Odegaard

Sia has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since 2016 and is a Program Implementation Manager in the East Metro area. She has worked 7.5 years providing in-home services to children with autism, first discovering her passion for what she does back in 2009.  Some of Sia’s responsibilities with Behavioral Dimensions include training Behavior Therapists, Associate Parent Support Specialists, and Senior Therapists. She also works one on one with children and provides family and caregiver counseling and training.

CLINICAL MANAGER

Naly Vang, BA

Naly has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since March 2008 and is a Clinical Manager for the East Metro. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Before joining Behavioral Dimensions Naly worked with adults with developmental disabilities as well as children with autism. At Behavioral Dimensions she provides support to teams of staff and clients. Naly assists with staff training, family and caregiver skills training, and works directly with clients. Outside of work, Naly enjoys exploring new places with her husband and two daughters.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Mindy Marty, MS

Mindy has worked at Behavioral Dimension since September 2006. Mindy has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of St. Katherine and is currently in school to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst through Arizona State University. Mindy started at Behavioral Dimensions as a Behavior Therapist and over the years has had the opportunity to work in many different positions. She started as a Behavior Therapist, moved to an Associate Parent Support Specialist, was a Senior Therapist, was promoted to an Assistant Team Lead, and is now a Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor Mindy provides clinical support to staff and clients, works directly with kids and their families/caregivers and assists with on-going staff development and training.

REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR

Traci Enger

Traci has worked in the medical billing field for over 30 years across several specialties, and has an extensive background in electronic claims billing and revenue cycle management. She brought this experience to Behavioral Dimensions beginning in 2005, helping successfully navigate BDI through the ever-changing landscape of mental health billing, with a focus on autism benefits, programs and policies. Traci implements and utilizes the latest revenue cycle management procedures and training methods, as well as state-of-the-art technology, to guarantee precise billing, strict client confidentiality and accurate reimbursement. In that capacity, Traci remains focused on overseeing the continued growth of Behavioral Dimensions, as part of a dedicated team providing a much-needed healthcare service to the community she is privileged to serve.

Amy Lundquist, MA, LPCC

Amy received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel College. Amy has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since 2005 serving clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Amy is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). She is enrolled as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and oversees clinical programming for clients. She also is Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) provider under the EIDBI (Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention) program by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. She also works with the assessments team. Amy strives to make sure families feel heard during the assessment process and have hope once the assessment is completed. In her free time Amy enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her family.

Shanna Nseumen, BS, BCABA

Shanna is the Director of Positive Behavior Support for Caregivers Services and has been with BDI since 2001. Shanna has dedicated her career to guiding parents and teachers in applying behavior analysis principles. She empowers caregivers with the principles of behavior analysis to develop essential skills and achieve remarkable outcomes for children and families at home and in the community. Shanna graduated from North Dakota State University in 2001 and became a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2009.

Catherine Able, MS, LBA, BCBA

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Catherine has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since April of 2016. She graduated from Purdue University with her Master of Science in Psychology in 2018 and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Prior to working at Behavioral Dimensions, Catherine was involved in volunteer programs focusing on teaching children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. As a Clinical Supervisor for Behavioral Dimensions, Catherine oversees the training and continued development of staff and clients for the East Metro. She assists with family and caregiver skills training, works directly with clients developing and implementing functional behavioral goals, and collaborates with outside professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients.

LICENSED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Naomi Ziegler, MS, LBA, BCBA

Naomi Ziegler is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2021.Prior to joining the BDI team Naomi worked with children and staff at children’s camps and led wilderness adventure expeditions. Naomi joined BDI in 2019 as a Behavior Technician working directly one-on-one with clients. Since then, she has gained experience in numerous positions within the company. She is currently serving as the Assistant Team Lead in the St. Cloud area where she is providing staff supervision and training, program monitoring and development for children receiving intensive behavioral intervention, as well as parent and family training. Naomi has also worked as a Behavior Consultant conducting functional behavior assessments, program development, and training for both adults and children.

Danielle Schmoeckel, MS, LBA, BCBA

Danielle received her master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has worked with adults and children with developmental disabilities since 2015; in center, group, and in-home settings. She has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since August 2018, and is a Clinical Supervisor in the East Metro area. As a Clinical supervisor Danielle assists with family and caregiver skills training, oversees training and continued development of staff, collaborates with outside providers, develops treatment plans, and works directly with clients to develop and implement functional behavioral goals.

Andrea Morris, BCaBA

Andrea (Andi) Morris is a Board-Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst. She graduated from Wartburg College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Psychology and then graduated from Florida Institute of Technology to get her BCaBA certificate in 2022. She has worked with Behavioral Dimensions since April of 2009 and is an Assistant Team Lead for the West Metro and Senior Therapist for the South and East Metro. Andrea assists in staff training, parent training, scheduling, time audits, and working one on one with clients.

Lisa Pritchard, MS, LPCC, BCaBA

Lisa joined Behavioral Dimensions in 2019 as a Behavior Professional (BCaBA) in the Critical Care Unit for Behavioral Supports (CCUBS) program. She received her bachelor’s degree from the Saint Cloud State University in Psychology and her master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University in Counseling and Psychological Services. She specializes in providing therapeutic & behavioral services to children or adolescents with behavioral challenges. She also works closely with the caregivers of these children or adolescents to implement support strategies identified for the specific needs of their child while keeping the needs of the entire family system as a guiding factor.

CLINICAL TRAINEE

Lauren Gonyea, MA, LPC

Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, empowered lives. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, where she developed a strong foundation in human behavior and mental health. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, gaining specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and client-centered care.
Lauren joined Behavioral Dimensions in 2019. She currently provides therapeutic support to adolescents and caregivers through the Short-Term Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (STACT) program. In Lauren’s sessions, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you’re free to be yourself—no pressure, no judgment. Her goal is to help you build greater self-awareness, learn how to handle tough thoughts and emotions more effectively, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Over time, you’ll gain tools to move through challenges with more clarity and purpose.

Grace Duff, MS, BCBA

Grace received both her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in ABA, from Clemson University. Grace is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and is currently a Clinical Supervisor, serving children and their families in South Carolina. Grace has worked at Behavioral Dimensions since 2022 serving children in a wide variety of settings including in-home, in the community and within schools. Grace enjoys providing quality direct care to her clients, as well as overseeing their clinical programming and staff! When not working, Grace enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as traveling to explore new places!

LICENSED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Matt Hoefer, MS, LBA, BCBA

Matthew joined Behavioral Dimensions in September of 2022 as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. He provides and oversees highly specific positive behavioral support recommendations to clients, families, and teams of staff in their current environment. He also provides ongoing training, skill development, program support, and monitoring.Matthew graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2010.  He earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University in 2013 as well as obtained his certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis in 2019. Matthew’s experience working with individuals stems from working in group homes beginning in 2006 as a direct staff and then as a program director.  His experience continued as a behavioral specialist at a learning center and a special education teacher at a public school setting before becoming a behavioral analyst with Behavioral Dimensions. Matthew has experience with an extensive range of individuals in in-home, community, and school settings with a diverse range of needs.

LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST

Dr. John Hoch, Ph.D, LP

Dr. Hoch is a Licensed Psychologist (LP).  John graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Doctorate in Educational Psychology in 2007.  He then completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Center for Neurobehavioral Development at the University of Minnesota. He worked as research director at Behavioral Dimensions from 2006 until 2015, when he returned to the University of Minnesota to work towards psychology licensure.He completed his internship and post-doctoral training at Fraser Child and Family Center where he continued to provide clinical care and conduct data analyses and research and until 2023. At Fraser, Dr. Hoch provided functional behavior assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, and psychological assessment services.Dr. Hoch re-joined Behavioral Dimensions in January of 2023 to develop the Assessment and Research programs. He completes evaluations and assessments for children and adolescents with concerns about Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders. He specializes in understanding the overlaps between ASD and other clinical disorders such as potentially traumatic event exposures, anxiety, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD or developmental delays.  He brings his experience with evidence-based therapy, behavior analysis, and research knowledge to psychological assessments. Going beyond diagnostic labels, he hopes to capture each family’s strengths, values, and stories in the assessment process to recommend the most effective treatments. Dr. Hoch also continues to provide data analytics and research consulting services through Behavioral Dimensions.

Dr. Hoch lives with his family in Minneapolis. When he is not working, he loves year-round outdoor endurance sports as well as jumping into frozen lakes.
